Early Intervention

The sooner you start ABA therapy the better your chances of success.  The best outcomes have been observed with children who received early intensive behavior intervention for at least 30 hours per week, year-around, for two or three years, starting before they reached the age of six.  Experts agree that it would be best to start behavioral therapy as soon as your child has been diagnosed.  We will not be able to provide this level of services at our clinic, but we will be able to assist you in maximizing the number of effective therapy hours that your child receives in our clinic, at home, at school and in the community.

It is never too late to start ABA therapy as older children as well can benefit substantially from a similar treatment format.  We make modifications in the treatment plans according to the age of the student, taking into account the need for teaching functional and age-appropriate skills, severity of disruptive and interfering behavior, and realistic expectations for achievement.  Through collaborative efforts between families, public and private school programs, and other service agencies effective treatment can be made available to a wide number and variety of children with different needs.

Autism Early Intervention Clinics is now accepting children and adolescents for treatment. Call today for more information or to schedule your appointment.
